Applied Theatre

Allows your employees to collaborate, scriptwrite and perform their own theatre based upon their own experiences with an audience of peers and management. Forum Theatre

Using professional actors to perform employee roles on stage, the audience can participate directly by freezing the action, joining in and suggesting alternative methods on how the actors/employees should behave - the actors will then improvise based upon audience instructions. Forum Theatre is very effective at raising awareness of Bullying and Harassment by demonstrating in dramatic form its causes and consequences, training staff on how to deal with victims and perpetrators and to tackle the root causes.
